What Should I Be Prepared For?
On your first visit, the staff at Sailer Family Chiropractic will help you with paperwork, give you a quick tour of our office, and assist you with any other services we can offer. Then, you'd sit down with Dr. Jeff or Dr. Matt for a full
consult and examination.

- Privacy and Consent Signature Form: 11yrs and older
- Permission to Treat Minor Form: 10yrs and younger
What Will Happen?
If it is something we can help you with, you will be treated that day and sent home with some home-care help and lifestyle changes to start working on.

What Happens After My Visit?
On your following visit, Dr. Jeff or Dr. Matt will talk with you on how your first treatment went, go over what's wrong, and explain what options you have for your care. Our goal is to do everything in our power to help you reach your ultimate health potential. It's your health and your choice.
